README Windows with Microsoft Visual Studio and Intel Fortran Compiler

Requirements:
	- Microsoft Visual Studio
	- Intel Fortran Compiler for Windows



Installation:
 	- Open the Solution lapack-3.1.1 in the Visual Studio Solution folder
 	- Choose the configuration you want: Release/win64 for Example
 	- build Solution. This will create the LAPACK , BLAS and MATGEN libraries in the Lib/<arch> folder.
