[Lapack] Warning: GotoBLAS problem

Hi,
using the precompiled GotoBLAS version on an Itanium2 architecture
(libgoto_itanium2_64p-r1.00.so) yields a failure in the residual check
after a call to the DGESV routine. Instead of using the precompiled
version of this library (which is not available anymore for downloading
on the Goto website) we strongly recommend to use the source code v1.02
distribution of the GotoBLAS library.
