[Lapack] typo in BLAS Quick Ref.

Hi.

On page 3 of the BLAS Quick Reference Guide [1] there is a small typo. 
Where it is written

     SP - Sum. Packed

shoul be

     SP - Sym. Packed

Also, on the same page 3, where it is written TRANx, shouldn't it be TRANSx?
