[Lapack] non F77 conform syntax in LAPACK 3.1.0

Thank you for submitting the bug. Actually we already have it corrected 
in our repository.
We are going to release the LAPACK 3.1.1 very soon (less than a month)

It results in a compilation error on IRIX.
