Just to remind you, cblas is a f2c translation from the reference BLAS,
it means that it is not an optimized BLAS
We advice user to use another BLAS implementation like ATLAS, GOTO BLAS
or a vendor BLAS if you are looking for performance.
Any chance of a cblas.tgz file rather than having to (apparently)
download all the routines individually from the clapack/cblas directory!
