[Lapack] help

Dear Sir or Madam,

I am a teacher in Northwestern Polytechnical University, P R China.

I want to use the CLAPACK library. I am running a Windows system. I use Visual 
C++
platform to run C language programs.

Could you please tell me how to install the CLAPACK library to my computer?
