[Lapack] LAPACK tests for WindowsXP

Hi,

 

I am in need of the LAPACK/BLAS test suite that will build on Windows?
Has anyone ported the tests (makefiles and so on) so they will build and
run on WindowsXP?

Any tips on how to best achieve this?
