[Lapack] compiling Lapack on Blue Gene

Hi,
I have seen LAPACK installed on several Blue Gene sites and I was wondering
if you have a pre-complied version of BLAS/LAPACK for BG/L or 
a makefile with some standard compiler flags fo BG.
