[Lapack] Undefined logical variable USEDQD in dlarre and slarre

Hi there,
 
I just installed lapack 3.1.1 and running its test cases I found that, while 
producing ssep.out and dsep.out, the logical variable USEDQD may be referenced 
undefined in slarre.f line 421 and dlarre.f line 417. 
To fix this I propose to initialize explicitely USEDQD to .false. at routine 
beginning.
 
Do you agree?
