[Lapack] SOS!

Dear Madam,Sir
I have a pc with windows XP  and i have installed g77 compiler and i  
have download lapck 3.1.1. Know i want to know how i can use lapack  
library. I mean how can i write a program and call for instance dgesvd  
in it with out any error.
