[Lapack] LAPACK installation errors

you are missing the BLAS library.
If you want to use the Reference blas, just type: 'make blaslib' then  
If you want to use an optimized BLAS, edit the and put the  
path to your BLAS library in the blaslib variable, then type 'make'.
