[Lapack] Question about BLAS

Hello,

 

I would like to use the BLAS library for C++ in Window system (Visual Studio
C++).

I just down loaded xblas.tar.gz file, but I don't know how to install or use
the library.

 

Could you tell me how I use the BLAS library in my own code?
