[Lapack] Help

Hi. I am trying to install CLAPACK on my machine. However one ever occurs
when I build the f2c libraries. The error is "/bin/sh:./a.out: No such file
or directory  make: *** [arith.h] Error 127". Thank you very much! Waiting
for your help.
