[Lapack] question using routine DGGSVD in CLAPACK

Hello,

I am using the routine DGGSVD (CLAPACK) to solve constrained least 
squares problems.  To do this I need to form a matrix X from Q and R 
as discussed in GSVD literature.  However, the matrix R does not seem 
to be given in a format that is invertible as needed.  Have you 
experienced issues like this or know someone who might have?
