[Lapack] lapack +ifort

[Luis Fernando Montana Roa]

Hi,
I'm trying to compile lapack 3.2.1 with ifort 10.1.018 on Scientific Linux 5.3 
64 bits.
Previously, I've compiled Blas successfully.

It's my first time with ifort and Lapack.
Can you help me please?
