[Lapack] LAPACK & BLAS License Questions

Ulf,
Here?s what we say:
LAPACK and BLAS are freely-available software packages. They are
available from netlib via anonymous ftp and the World Wide Web at
http://www.netlib.org/lapack
and http://www.netlib.org/blas. Thus, they can be included in
commercial software packages (and has been). We only ask that proper
credit be given to the authors.
Like all software, it is copyrighted. It is not trademarked, but we do
ask the following:

If you modify the source for these routines we ask that you change the
name of the routine and comment the changes made to the original.

LAPACK and BLAS have a BSD like license, see
http://www.opensource.org/licenses/bsd-license.php

There is a FAQ at http://www.netlib.org/lapack/faq.html
Hope this helps,
Julie

Dear Sirs

My name is Ulf Rajgard and I am a System Engineer at a Airbus, the
major European Aircraft manufacturer.
We would like to use LAPACK and BLAS for a Software project and this
onboard software will later on be sold to thirdparties (i.e.
Airlines).

Is there any constraint of redistribution of our Software if it
contains the LAPACK and BLAS libraries? (Please provide source and
licencing info, eventually, extended retrictions to derived work)

Best regards

Ulf Rajgard
