[Lapack] Installation of CLAPACK 3.2.1

Hi 

I am Compiling CLAPACK 3.2.1. But I found that, instead of libf77.lib and
libi77.lib, I achieve libf2c.lib. Can you please briefly explain the
difference? Many thanks
