[Lapack] lapack

Dear Sir/Madam,

I have download LAPACK 3.1.1 on your website
:http://icl.cs.utk.edu/lapack-for-windows/VisualStudio_install.html

And build the solution to create .lib files in the folder /lib as you said.

Now, what should I no next to call subroutines in LAPACK in my visio studio
project.
