[Lapack] Lapack for Linux

Hi Jay,
just copy the make.inc.example to make.inc in the LAPACK directory.
The LAPACK build depends on compiler. For Linux, to use gfortran is one of the
best option.

Hello,

I have not been able to download Lapack for Linux.

Download for file lapack.tgz does not include INSTALL/make.inc.LINUX

Please provide this file as this is needed on the Linux machine.

Or if you have other suggestion please provide installation instructions.

Thanks,

Jay Bhagat
