Hello, LAPACK team,
I ran into a problem with DGELSD, which is described in the attached text file.
I've compared the source code of v3.1.1 to v3.4.0, and I don't see
any differences that would change these results.
This may be a bug, or perhaps a lack of understanding on my part.
I'm trying to 'train' a neural network, which is the origin of these
strange looking matrices.
DGELSS works correctly with the same inputs.
