[Lapack] Link Error: Cannot Open file




Dear all,
I am trying to install LAPACKE with the instructions under the  "Prebuilt 
libraries for Microsoft Visual Studio Projects". Anytime I finish and try 
running it, I get the error: LINK : fatal error LNK1181: cannot open input file 
'liblapacke.lib;liblapack.lib;libblas.lib'.
Please can anyone figure out what might be wrong.
