Please take a look at http://icl.cs.utk.edu/lapack-for-windows/lapack/index.html
We now provide LAPACKE a C interface to LAPACK, you can use it directly under
Visual Studio without the need of a Fortran compiler.
CLAPACK is no longer maintained as LAPACKE replaced it.
