[Lapack] How can i install eispack on linux (64bit),

Dear sir

I want to use eispack but i do not know installation it,

I countered  this error in soft ware installation, My os is
linux-ubuntu 12.04 and my system is vaio 64bit


defaultCompiler     -c eispack.F
make: defaultCompiler: Command not found
make: *** [eispack.o] Error 127

How can i install eispack on linux (64bit),


Is it possible help me?
