[Lapack] Typos in LAPACK README file

Dear developers,

sorry for disturbing you, but while compiling LAPACK-3.4.2 from source I 
occasionally discovered several mistakes in README. It would be great if 
you correct them.

Here we are:

*line 42:* LAPACK INSTALLATION:
  - LAPACK can be installed with make. Configuration _haev_ to be set in 
the
  make.inc file. A make.inc.example for a Linux _mahcine_ running GNU 
compilers
  is given in the main directory.
