Hello Julien,

follows:-

NaN arithmetic did not perform per the ieee spec

 LAPACK 3 . 4 . 0
( cd SRC; gmake )
gmake[1]: Entering directory `/gpfs1/home/hcltest/lapack-3.4.0/SRC'
Makefile:461: *** missing `endif'. Stop.
gmake[1]: Leaving directory `/gpfs1/home/hcltest/lapack-3.4.0/SRC'
gmake: *** [lapacklib] Error 2

I have check this file also but i have not find any missing 'endif'.

After that i have run "make lib" command. Output is blow:-

 LAPACK 3 . 4 . 0
        ( cd SRC; make )
Target "ifdef" is up to date.
Target "USEXBLAS" is up to date.
        ( cd TESTING/MATGEN; make )
Target "all" is up to date.
Target "lib" is up to date.

Its means lapack install or not. Please suggest...

Here make is trying construct an executable xblas1s.
The goal of xblas1s is to test the Level 1 BLAS single precision.
The BLAS library you are providing is ESSL. The linker XLF cannot find the BLAS
functions in ESSL.
This is the error messages you are seeing.

You should either link with reference BLAS in Makefile.inc, or do not run this
test, simply type "make lib".

Julien.
