Thank you Shandong for reporting the issue.
Unfortunately CLAPACK is no longer maintained.
The LAPACKE C standard interface (included in Intel products) is the
replacement of CLAPACK.
You can find more info here: http://www.netlib.org/lapack/lapacke.html
LAPACKE is included in the LAPACK library.
