[Lapack] Downloading/Acquiring LAPACK

Dear Jeffrey,
Please download the LAPACK package form the LAPACK website: 
http://www.netlib.org/lapack
Here is a direct link: lapack-3.5.0.tgz
Check the functions dsyev - dggev to compute the eigenvalues and, optionally, 
the left and/or right eigenvectors for SY / GE matrices
