[Lapack] Changes require to build f2c version of LAPACK 3.5.0

Bonjour C?dric
hum? This is an excellent question
I am not even clear if we still support f2c or not.
Since you have an updated version of f2c why not integrating your changes to
the current library.
Let me discuss this matter internally, and I will get back to you

Dear support,
We are currently updating the Lapack version we use to the 3.5.0. Since we
need a C version, we have used f2c to convert it. This conversion has implied
some changes in sources.
According to the license, if we modify the source code of the routine, we
have to change its name.
Should we change the name of the routines for which we have fixed the
compatibility with f2c?
