Actually, the BLAS had no version before.
We just synchronized the BLAS that was included in Lapack 3.5.0 and tagged it.
Hope it helps

There is a file blas-3.5.0.tgz published on November 2013 .
Now it has sha256
Previously it had sha256
It looks like new files were added Oct, 10, 2015:
$ tar -tvf blas-3.5.0.tgz | grep 2015
drwxr-xr-x julie/staff 0 2015-10-08 02:51 BLAS-3.5.0/
-rw-r--r-- julie/staff 171 2015-10-08 02:50 BLAS-3.5.0/._Makefile
-rw-r--r-- julie/staff 5775 2015-10-08 02:50 BLAS-3.5.0/Makefile
-rw-r--r-- julie/staff 3215 2015-10-08 02:49 BLAS-3.5.0/xerbla_array.f
New xerbla_array.f was added. Makefile was updated accordingly.
New file ._Makefile looks like Mac text editor history.
This change detected when building MXE package "blas" .
Previous version of blas.tgz is available in MXE backup .
Please clarify which version of this file is considered to be version 3.5.0.
2 MXE: change blas version from 1 to 3.5.0 and filename blas.tgz to
blas-3.5.0.tgz as it is the same file and blas-3.5.0.tgz has less
changes to be changed.
