[Scalapack] error in example1.f and discussion in the users guide.

Hi,

The example1.f program has A_(8,2) with the wrong sign.  The discussion on
the web version of the Users' Guide at "Details of Example Program #1" is
mixed up a bit because of it.  In particular Figure 2.2 (
http://www.netlib.org/scalapack/slug/node28.html#figgrida9) has the
decomposition for the matrix in Figure 2.1 with  A_(8,2) = +c = 3 instead of
-c (-3).  The results from example1.f listed in the web page also correspond
to that error.

I just thought you might want to correct that in future releases.
