[Scalapack] ScaLAPACK Installer version 0.95

Dear developers,

1) Very useful the scalapack_installer.tgz !! However, in lines 118-119 of

         scalapack_installer_0.94/script/lapack.py

we had to change

         # change to LAPACK dir
         os.chdir(os.path.join(os.getcwd(),'lapack-3.2'))

by

         # change to LAPACK dir
         os.chdir(os.path.join(os.getcwd(),'lapack-3.2.1'))


2) Perhaps, in some time, an optimized BLAS library installer can be  
also included.
