Dear Zlatko,

Now that LAPACK is Fortran 90, perhaps the extra N elements of workspace 
could be allocated in the routine?  I would hope that the LAPACK would 
accept that.  It would be good to have your most reliable version - 
after all that is one of the aims of LAPACK.

So I would encourage you to submit your routines.
