[Scalapack] CROT and ZROT

ScaLAPACK team,

Hi, I found a tiny bug in scalapack-2.0.1. In SRC/pblas.h,

line 546: #define crot_ CROT
line 558: #define zrot_ ZROT

should be added to use PCLAHQR and PZLAHQR.
I got an link error when compiling a C++ code with a call to PZLAHQR
on a machine where ScaLAPACK uses BLAS and LAPACK subroutines
have uppercase names. With these lines the code worked fine.

By the way, it would be really nice if PCHSEQR and PZHSEQR would
be implemented.
