[Scalapack] installation problems

I am trying to install ScaLapack and am getting a problem at this point:

Setting up the framework
ScaLAPACK installer version (1, 0, 2)
mpicc is /usr/lib64/mpi/gcc/openmpi/bin/mpicc
mpif90 is /usr/lib64/mpi/gcc/openmpi/bin/mpif90
MPI include dir is /usr/lib64/mpi/gcc/openmpi/include
mpirun is /usr/lib64/mpi/gcc/openmpi/bin/mpirun
MPI bin dir is /usr/lib64/mpi/gcc/openmpi/bin
Install directory is... /opt/scalapack
Build directory is...
BLAS library is... /opt/OpenBLAS/lib/libopenblas.a
LAPACK library is... /opt/OpenBLAS/lib/libopenblas.a
Checking if mpicc works... yes
Checking if mpirun works... yes
Checking if mpif90 works... yes
Setting Fortran mangling...

COMMON: in set_mangling: cannot run xintface
error is:
error while loading shared libraries: cannot open shared
object file: No such file or directory

I'm installing it using this command:

sudo ./ --lapacklib=/opt/OpenBLAS/lib/libopenblas.a
--mpiincdir=/usr/lib64/mpi/gcc/openmpi/include --ldflags_c=-fopenmp
--ldflags_fc=-fopenmp --prefix=/opt/scalapack

I assume I have to tell it where the library is, which I
know, but I don't know how to add it to the argument list. Is there another - -
command that I need to state.
