Build Clapack-3.2.1 using code::block 10.5 or just MinGW

Hi,
sorry in advance for my english,
I work with win XP x86 and MinGW, i need Clapack for my internship (C programming) and i have a lot of problems concerning the building of this library.
Indeed, i tried to build it following different ways :
"normal way" following the instruction in readme.install but the file sys/times.h is missing (normal i'm not under linux) and so the libraries are not generate.
May be i forgotten to do something but i'm quite sure to have followed the instructions.
"CMAKE Way" using code::block but when i build the code::block project generated nothing is done.
I'm quite desesperate, could you give me a way to build these libraries under win XP x86, with MinGW (without Cygwin).
Moreover I can't use Visual studio, just Code::Block.
It will be really helpful if someone could help me !
Thank You
Damien

Damien, did you try the CLAPACK cmake build with mingw?
Otherwise you can also just take LAPACK that is in Fortran and same use the cmake build.
