LAPACK 3.5, Windows 7 with VS 2013 and Int. Fortran Compiler

Dear All,

I'm new in this area (Fortran, Visual Studio and LAPACK). I'm trying to install LAPACK on my machine (Windows 7, Visual Studio 2013, Intel Fortran Compiler (Intel Parallel Studio XE 2013))
The all things that I did to instal was:

1- Downloading BLAS.lib, BLASd.lib, LAPACK.lib, LAPACKd.lib, LAPACKE.lib and LAPACKEd.lib
2- Downloading LAPACK-VS-Example Visual Studio project and unzipped it
3- Copying the libraries from step 1 in the LAPACK-VS-Example folder
4- Compiling it.

It gives me these errors:

Error 1 error #11018: Cannot open LAPACK.lib ipo
Error 2 error #11018: Cannot open BLAS.lib ipo
Error 3 fatal error LNK1181: cannot open input file 'LAPACK.lib' LINK

Would you please let me know how can I fix it?
It should be noted that in original guideline for installing (http://icl.cs.utk.edu/lapack-for-windows/) after step 1 there is a step about "locating the BLAS libraries for your machine" which I have no idea how can I do that.

Thanks in advance for your help.

Best Regards,
Ashkan
