LAPACK + GPU = MAGMA

Just to let you know that we (UTK, UC Berkeley and UC Denver) are working on a Multi-core/GPU library called MAGMA.
MAGMA stands for Matrix Algebra on GPU and Multi-core Architectures.
MAGMA is designed to be similar to LAPACK in functionality, data storage, and interface but targeting the next-generation of highly
parallel, and heterogeneous processors. This will allow scientists to effortlessly port any of their LAPACK-relying software components and to take advantage of the new architectures.
You will find more info on their website http://icl.cs.utk.edu/magma/ and on their brand new forum: http://icl.cs.utk.edu/magma/forum/
