I learned MPI, and i am getting started to learn how to use scaLAPACK, but i have no idea about LAPACK, is necessary to learn LAPACK first ?. and from where i will start ?.

From my own experience, I think you should learn at least several standard routines in Lapack before you go to scalpack. such as zgemm(), zgeev(), then you can get familar with the notations in lapack and scalapack.

yes I think sameh is right, try first to get code running with LAPACK, then move to ScaLAPACK. Doing so, you have a way to compare the results obtained in parallel (ScaLAPACK) with a trusted sequential version (LAPACK)
getting start with LAPACK is fairly easy. ScaLAPACK is a bit more tricky and a good way to start is to use the examples of use provided at: http://www.netlib.org/scalapack/examples/
