PDLARFB do not use PBLAS

Hi,

I found some of ScaLAPACK routines such as PDLARFB are not fully taking advantage of PBLAS. In other words, they use only BLACS and BLAS to perform the compuation even though they can be done only with PBLAS calls. Is there any reason for doing so?
