Exploring Applications

Hello,
I am working on porting of Lapack routines, and have implemented few of them sucessfully.
Actually I am looking for some nice applications for these routines because that will be helpful for me in demonstrating my work @University.
The routines are DSYEV, DGESV, DGESVD, DGESDD/ ( Eigen Values for SYmmetric Matrices , Singular Value decomposition and Linear Equation solver routine) .

Please suggest me something nice application that uses any or all of these routines.

Don't know exactly, but you can check one of user guides at Netlib and see if it helps you.

You could easily show image compression with the SVD routines...
