Print subroutine call results to a file

Postby mapa091 » Mon Feb 27, 2012 7:20 am

Hi,

I'm new to Scalapack and am trying to read a matrix from a file, perform QR factorization and write results to a file (something similar to this example http://www.netlib.org/scalapack/slug/node180.html except I would need to call PDGEQRF subroutine instead of PDGESV). I'm currently trying to rewrite the mentioned example to suit my needs but am struggling with how to get the results printed to a file after calling PDGEQRF. Is there a special subroutine that does this? I did see PDLAREAD and PDLAWRITE but I'm not sure if I can use these in my context.

So in a nutshell, my question would be how to I grab the results computed by PDGEQRF (or for that matter any other subroutine) in order to write them to a file or perform other tasks? Any help would be appreciated, thanks!
