Guys, Is there a config file for compilation of shared libraries for 3.4.0 similar to autoconf by Allin Cottrell that worked for 3.3.1? If not, does anyone know it the same autoconf for 3.3.1 would work for 3.4.0?

you should try the SHARED library option available in the LAPACK CMAKE build.
