LAPACK example programs [ from NAG ]

Newly created Fortran77 example programs for LAPACK, have been released by the Numerical Algorithms Group (NAG).
These example programs are designed to help less experienced users to call LAPACK routines correctly.

They provide an example of the use of each of the double precision LAPACK drivers.
Each example comprises :
- a description of the problem,
- the example program in Fortran77.
- the example data
- and the example result.
Non-LAPACK routines, mainly matrix printing routines, are provided as free downloads.

Hi every one, I am newly registered and I have a lot of Questions:
first: I am tring to run dgeqrf from plasma for factorization, I just copy the same example in plasmas example and add
for(i= 0 ; i < N ; i++ )
{
for ( j = 0 ; j < p ; j++ )
{
printf("%2.10e\t", *(Q+i*N+j));
}
printf("\n");
}
to print the matrix A1, and resulting Q, R.
but I got a very bad orthogonality results of Q, and a big error of (A1-QR).

can any one help me to figure out what going on?
