Support for os x?

Post by hibridon » Wed Oct 07, 2009 10:14 pm

I'm very interested in using magma to enable GPU acceleration of some of our applications in molecular collision dynamics. Will the libraries be available for apple OSX in either binary or source code? We are using ifort 11.1 and MKL under both leopard 10.5.8 or snow leopard 10.6.1 with a NVIDIA gtx 285 card. Thanks

Hello,
We are preparing MAGMA version 0.2 to be released by November 14, along with the sources. We don't plan to directly support Apple OS X (but know of collaborators that have ported the current MAGMA version 0.1 and we will check with them if they want to do it).
