Instructions to compile MAGMA on Win7 with Visual Studio

I am new to the MAGMA software.

I was wondering if there is any documentation that provides step-by-step instructions on how to compile MAGMA for use on Windows 7 using Visual Studio.

I am able to use C++ AMP and cublas on my machine. I would like to get MAGMA set up as well.

Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks
