Software dependencies for MAGMA

Hi,

I am new to Magma. I just downloaded and tried to compile but it seems that it has some software dependencies (MKL, ATLAS). Unfortunately, I am unfamiliar with these as well. Would someone be able to help with me what these are and how I can get them?
Any help would be appreciated.

MKL can be downloaded from http://software.intel.com/en-us/intel-mkl/
or any other BLAS LAPACK or GOTO or ACML should be fine.
The make.inc has an example of how to link them.
