I really need magmaf_dsygst() function.
Would it be enough to add an appropriate interface to magma_dfortran.f90, add #define pragma and wrapper to magma_df77.cpp. MAGMA-1.2 is used.

Yes, that's all that is needed. We can add it in the next release.
