Yes, the current MAGMA release works with Kepler. We are tuning some routines to get better performance on Kepler.

I've downloaded de MAGMA 1.3.0 *.tar.gz.

One question:

For new Kepler GPUs, which GPU_TARGET should be selected in make.inc? Fermi, right? Or should be a "kepler" option?

One suggestion:

GotoBLAS is no more maintained by TACC (http://www.tacc.utexas.edu/tacc-software/gotoblas2/) and now the project is continued by Zhang Xianyi and renamed to OpenBLAS (https://github.com/xianyi/OpenBLAS). I think it could be a good idea to rename and modify the make.inc.goto file or to add a new make.inc.open in order to manage OpenBLAS
