multi-gpu-dynamic code not compiling

Hi,
I am sure I have missed something, however where are instructions on compiling the /multi-gpu-dynamic code?
It did not build from running make in the top directory and I run into a lot of errors by running make from within the multi-gpu-dynamic directory.
I am using MAGMA 1.1, intel compilers, MKL and cuda 4.0 if that helps at all.
Do I have to install PLASMA and are there any other prerequisites?

I still think I have missed something, however the testing directory shows multiple gpu qr decomposition code as compiled and I tested it as working.
This is what I was looking for, so my problem is solved!
