how to make it work with python

Dear all,

I am new new GPU user and I was looking for a library in python to do matrix factorization (specially eigendecomposition ) on GPU and I found MAGMA interesting and suited for my job ! So I want to where should I start to user this lib on python?! I couldn't find any documentation regarding this problem !

I appreciate any help!

Unfortunately, we don't have Python bindings for MAGMA. However, the CPU interface is straight-forward C code, so you should be able to build wrappers without too much difficulty, e.g., using SWIG ( Just be aware that matrices are stored in column-wise order. If you use numpy to create matrices, you have to pass array( ) an extra flag to force it to use column-wise format.
